Horrible... I've been placing about 1-2 call ahead orders PER WEEK (usually 1 lunch order for work and 1 for dinner). Every time I call and a woman answers, they are rude, especially when I usually have a few items. They NEVER get the order correct. And the last 2 times I've called and a younger man answers, he took my order then must have left for the day and didn't turn my order in, so I had to re-order and wait 10 minutes when I got there. I do call ahead for a reason... Mainly because I usually have two children with me and it is a lot of work to get them in and out of the car just to run in for food. My order today was the last straw when the woman was completely rude. I will find another place to order and refuse to go back. I can't believe how rude this woman was me on the phone especially when heaven for bed I was ordering a larger order. You would think they would be appreciative of the business but since they probably don't own the place they could care less.

This is a classic fall back plan for dinner. Not bad food - the corn bread rolls are interestingly good and the service consistently great and fast.

I have dined at this location, off and on, since the day it opened. The manager here is awesome and always has the restaurant up and running smoothly. The overall food quality, appearance and service is very good. I like that you can get vegetables and fresh rotisserie chicken! The upgrade to china and table cleaning is very nice!

Stars based on pick up only... There isn't a big lavish review to be made, however when starving that's my go to... I definitely would prefer getting a rotisserie chicken at Publix but otherwise BM is the spot for me. I would never touch a fast food place, so if this is the next best thing, that's where I'm at. They really can't mess it up, and if they can - it has never happened to me!

We all know how Boston Market food is: consistent and tasty. This is more about an employee named Brandon! He was super kind and helpful going the extra mile from helping us choose meals to delivery of food and takeout boxes. I almost forgot I was eating fast food! I felt like I should have left a tip too!! Thanks Brandon!! Because of you Boston Market will become a weekly stop.

Well, it was one of those days where I really didn't want to get myself out of my Boca house to deal with the world, was reading and binge streaming Netflix after getting some sun, and speaking to friends across the country and I realized there wasn't any food in the house other than peanut butter and cottage cheese and fresh fruit, AND I already ate all of that. So, my partner said "let's try Boston Market, it's 5 minutes away, and we used to eat it." Yeah, like 12 years ago and while IT may be the same, I sure ain't! Well, off he went to get take out after I checked Yelp and no one declared it a health hazard. And it's now about 90 minutes after I consumed my HALF ROTISSERIE CHICKEN WITH SIDES OF GREEN BEANS AND SPINACH and didn't get sick! That's worth 3 stars. The CHICKEN was tasteless and sort of slimy, the GREEN BEANS sort of mushy, and the SPINACH tasteless. The CORNBREAD was about 1/2 inch thick and didn't taste like any cornbread I'd want to waste any carbs or calories on. As a plus, It was served HOT, this location looked clean, per the report I received, and it was quick. Well, for $8.00, I guess that's what you get in today's world. And while my register receipt offered me a free dinner for one if I bought one by next Saturday, I think I'll resist, maybe drive by during the week and give the receipt to someone entering the store who will make use of it.
